Who we are
AntFabric is built and run by GeekyAnts ("AntFabric by GeekyAnts", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through antfabric.ai. Questions about it go to hello@antfabric.ai.
What this policy covers
This website, and the messages you send us through it. It does not cover AntFabric deployments we build for an organization: data inside those is handled under our agreement with that organization.
What we collect
- What you give us. Through the contact form: your name, work email and company, and, if you choose, your role and a message. If you email us, we receive whatever the email contains.
- What comes with the form. Your IP address, your browser type, the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here (such as
utm_source), and up to 20 pages you viewed on this site before sending. - What your browser keeps. To connect a message to the pages that led to it, the site stores those campaign tags and your last 20 pages in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device unless you send the form. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
- Cookies. Your cookie choice is kept in a cookie named
cookie_consentfor 365 days. Any other cookies depend on which analytics and chat tools are switched on. You can review and change them from the cookie banner.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To keep the site secure, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.
We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Legal bases
For visitors in the UK and the EU, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests, to reply to your enquiry, understand our campaigns and secure the site.
- Steps before a contract, when you ask about working with us.
- Consent, for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it from the cookie banner at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- GeekyAnts teams who work on AntFabric.
- Service providers who host and run the site and deliver our email, and who process it on our instructions.
- Analytics, chat or CRM providers, where those tools are switched on.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
International transfers
GeekyAnts has offices in the United States, India and the United Kingdom, so your data may be processed in any of them. Where data protection law requires safeguards for these transfers, we put them in place.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to reply and follow up, and deleted sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, California's CCPA and India's DPDP Act let you ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your data.
- Correct it, or delete it.
- Limit how we use it, or object to how we use it.
- Move it to another provider.
Write to hello@antfabric.ai. We will confirm it is you before acting on a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to what you send us is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or other sensitive information through the form.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Links to other sites
Links and embedded videos from other sites are covered by those sites' own policies.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
